Cape York Day 3

THURSDAY 20th JUNE 2013  MORETON TELEGRAPH STATION
Today we wake early and make our way to Bramwell junction. This road is very dusty and we are getting covered in dust and over the corrugations oh well we better get used to it. We stop at the Bend which is were we intended to camp last night after a quick bite and loo stop we head to the quarantine station and have a chat with the locals we made comment of all the ants they then told us we could eat them so we had Ants for morning tea they are very lemony and bite if you dont bite them first. We pass Archer river roadhouse as we will call in on the way back 51 kms until we hit the telegraph rd we verve right when we hit it and decide Bramwell is to far and we will stay at Moreton telegraph station so its only 72 more km to drive we are getting caritis and need to stop soon. on arriving at the station we find it not busy and can camp anywhere so we pick a good spot under a large shady tree. the night was filled in with our first charades game in which i came up with saying some thing was a Kenipshon this stuck and we all started saying it. it can mean whatever you want it to. We played kick the ball around the circle had tea and then all the boys where trying to crack into coconuts. Showers and bed a big day.
